Kathmandu, October 3: The US government opened the new Diversity Visa (DV) program for the year 2026 on October 2. The program is going to be closed on November 5 this year.

The US government has asked the DV program entrants to apply early.

According to the US Embassy in Kathmandu, details about the program are available at https://dvprogram.state.gov/ or the U.S. Embassy Kathmandu website at https://np.usembassy.gov/visas/.
