Former King Gyanendra in Bhutan, receives red carpet welcome in Thimphu
Kathmandu, October 3: Former King Gyanendra reached Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan, this morning, along with his daughter former Princess Prerana Singh and other members of the Royal family from the scheduled flight of Bhutan’s Druk Airlines.
The King was received by Bhutan’s Royal family members and other high-ranking officials at the Thimphu Airport.
King Gyanendra was extended a red carpet welcome there.
King Gyanendra is learnt to have visited Bhutan at the invitation of the King of Bhutan. He is returning home on Sunday from the same airline.
