Kathmandu, October 31: Suspended Chief Secretary Dr. Baikuntha Aryal has received a clean chit on corruption charges. The Special Court gave the verdict in favor of Aryal.

The bench of Chief Justice Tek Narayan Kunwar, along with Justices Khushi Prasad Tharu and Ritendra Thapa gave a clean chit to Aryal.

Earlier, Aryal was suspended from the post of Chief Secretary after the Commission for Investigation on Abuse of Authority (CIAA) filed a corruption case against him.
