Easy to run government through two-party mechanism: Deputy Prime Minister Singh
Kathmandu, November 16: Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakash Singh said that the newly formed two-party mechanism will make it easier to run the government. At a press conference organized by the Nepal Press Union Morang Branch on Friday, DPM Singh expressed confidence that the mechanism developed by the two major parties would strengthen coordination and understanding between the parties. He said that the present government was formed through a consensus on a seven-point agreement and conducted a lot of remarkable work in a short time and the government is working according to the people’s wishes.
DPM Singh also said that Parliament will amend the current constitution as discussions are underway to make amendments on some issues.
