Kathmandu, October 15: Today is the 13th day of the Durga Pakchya and people continue to receive the Dasain Tika today also. The Tika receiving process will continue until Kojagrat Purnima, Thursday, November 17.
However, the government offices and also the banks, which were closed for the Dasain festival, will resume their operation from today.
People, who had gone to their homes for the Dasain festival, have started to return to Kathmandu and the vehicle movement in Kathmandu has also increased.
