Speaker instructs to present impending bills in upcoming Parliament session
Kathmandu, October 24: Speaker Devraj Ghimire has instructed to present the impending bills in the parliamentary committees in the upcoming Parliament session.
He instructed at a meeting with the Chairmen of the Parliamentary Committees and the Chief Whips and Whips of the major parties held at the Speaker’s office in Singhadurbar.
The Speaker enquired about how many bills are impending in which of the parliamentary committees. Abdul Khan, chairman of the Industry, Commerce and Labor and Consumer Interest Committee, expressed interest in how long it would take to pass them.
