Kathmandu, May 20: Three MPs from the ruling alliance didn’t cast their vote for Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal today during the vote of confidence motion.
According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, UML MP Basant Kumar Nemwang(who is bedridden), Ekikrit Samajwadi Party MP Prakash Jwala, and Nagarik Unmukti Party MP Gangaram Chaudhary were absent when the PM took the vote of confidence.
The PM received the vote of confidence by getting the votes of 157 members of the House of Representatives. The PM received the vote of confidence for the fourth time after forming a power alliance with the UML.
