RSP calls emergency party meeting following possible arrest of its chairman
Kathmandu, September 22: The Rastriya Swatatantra Party (RSP) has called an emergency meeting of its central office bearers following the information that the police are going to arrest its chairman Rabi Lamichhane.
Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak has forwarded the report of the Parliamentary Committee on the cooperatives fraud to the Police and asked for necessary investigation on the report.
Following the Home Ministry’s directive, Chhabilal Joshi, ex-DIG, the Police is planning to arrest Rabi Lamichhane on his association with the Gorkha Media.
