Kathmandu, November 7: The ruling alliance Nepali Congress and UML have formed an eight-member high-level mechanism to make the government work effective. Four members from the Nepali Congress, Purnabahadur Khadka, Ramesh Lekhak, Arzu Rana and Gagan Thapa are included in the mechanism, whereas, from UML, Ishwar Pokhrel, Shankar Pokharel, Bishnu Paudel, and Bishnu Rimal have been included.
